Whether travelling for business or holidays, arranging foreign exchange currency and knowing which cards to use is tricky.

I will personally comment, that for many years I have used the Citibank debit card.  Whilst it was awhile ago when I set it up, it did seem very cost effective when I undertook my research at the time.  

As I’ve been overseas recently, there is certainly very stiff competition to the banks if you are wanting to send money to a foreign bank account.  Two online providers that are worth doing your own research would be Transferwise and OFX.   If you’d like to know more, by all means shoot me an email as I’ve dealt with both.
