Recently I attended a talk by solicitor Michael Fitzpatrick of Clarendene’s.

Mr Fitzpatrick spoke about the need for the vast majority of us to have a Will that included the provision for Testamentary Trusts.

As he indicated, these Trusts can potentially have tax benefits for beneficiaries as well as clarity about who gets what assets.  In his words, ‘Where there’s a Will, there’s a relative”.
