Another channel we created within Slack is our ‘Client Wins’.

It’s important that all of the team, including those in the back office working on the administration support and paraplanning can see the outcomes we all work towards.

This week we had Gary and Judy Gibbons call into the office and they celebrated their 14 year anniversary as clients.     To my surprise, Gary even got to celebrate a Cronulla Sharks premiership along the way!

On behalf of the whole office, we are thankful for those moments like these that clients share with us.

Sometimes those travel postcards, letters or a few kind words in an email just hit the desk on one of those days when things aren’t quite going right for one of the team…and it can bring renewed purpose to the day.
